No, all payments are done to the Developers account. Instalment payments are done to the Escrow accounts of the Developer and Registration, or other fees, is done to the Developers current / corporate accounts.

What is the process for purchasing a unit?

Please note: The process may vary depending on the developer; however, typically a payment of 5–20% is required to secure a unit. Initially, you will be asked to sign a reservation form, and upon receipt of a 20% payment, the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be issued. In some cases, developers may request a fixed reservation fee (e.g., AED 50,000 or USD 10,000), after which the reservation form will be provided. We recommend confirming the exact procedure with your sales representative.
