The residence mix is 50 studios, 75 one-bedroom residences, 68 one-bedroom + study residences and 8 two-bedroom duplexes. Studios and two-bedroom + study duplexes are currently sold out from the developer.

Current developer availability is focused on one-bedroom residences and one-bedroom + study duplexes. One-bedroom homes range from approximately 610 to 850 sq ft and AED 1.9m to AED 2.0m. Arthouse Residences Payment Plan
The Arthouse Residences payment plan is 10% on booking, 10% during construction, 5% on 15 July 2027 and 75% at handover on 31 December 2027 (10/15/75). The first construction instalment date is not specified. The unit cashflow uses the selected price and the CMS instalment schedule.
