What is the process for purchasing a unit?

Please note that procedures may vary depending on the developer; however, in most cases, a payment of 10%–20% is required to secure a unit. Initially, you will be asked to sign a reservation form, and upon receipt of the required payment (typically 20%), the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be issued.
