RAKcompare is a marketing and intelligence arm operating under One Marketing Group L.L.C-FZ (License No. 2646805.01), registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. RAKcompare operates rakcompare.ae as a digital marketing and intelligence platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how RAKcompare, operating under One Marketing Group L.L.C-FZ, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data submitted through or collected via the RAKcompare website. It applies to all visitors, enquirers, and users who interact with our platform.

This policy is governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL). Where we process personal data of individuals located in the EEA or the UK, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR apply concurrently. For California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) also applies. All three frameworks are addressed in this policy.

International data transfers

One Marketing Group L.L.C-FZ is registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UAE, including countries within the EEA and the United States, where our service providers operate.

Where we transfer personal data outside the UAE, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the UAE PDPL, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), transfers to countries with adequate data protection, and Data Processing Agreements with all processors.

For EEA and UK data subjects, international transfers to the United States are covered by SCCs in accordance with GDPR Chapter V requirements.
