Designed as part of the distinctive Oystra scheme by Zaha Hadid Architects, the proposed six-bedroom Villa 5A offers private entertainment, wellness and outdoor living across four levels.
Six-bedroom Oystra Villa 5A floorplans
The proposed Villa 5A floorplans cover a 3,444 sq ft basement, 2,260 sq ft ground floor, 2,217 sq ft first floor and a 344 sq ft second-floor enclosed area. Outdoor balconies, terraces and pools are illustrated separately. The villa CMS offers a representative area range of 6,000–8,265 sq ft; these are proposed designs rather than a final as-built specification.
Basement: cinema, gym and private wellness
The basement plan includes three parking spaces, a cinema, office, children’s play room, gym, steam room, sauna, dirty kitchen, maid’s room, driver's room and laundry. This level is designed for independent entertainment and household services.
Ground floor: private pool and entertaining
The ground floor illustration includes a living room, dining room, show kitchen, guest bedroom, swimming pool, barbecue area and landscaped private outdoor space. The private pool is distinct from Oystra’s shared residential lagoon and leisure amenities.
First floor: six-bedroom accommodation
The first-floor drawing identifies a master bedroom and four additional bedrooms, with the guest suite on the ground floor bringing the proposed villa to six bedrooms. Bedrooms are arranged around private bathrooms, circulation and outdoor terraces.
Rooftop: infinity pool and fire-pit lounge
The upper-level proposed layout provides a rooftop infinity swimming pool, a fire-pit area, terraces and a rooftop lounge, creating another private entertaining space above the main accommodation.
Villa location, architecture and shared facilities
Oystra’s architecture is by Zaha Hadid Architects, interiors by HBA, landscaping by Cracknell and architectural consultancy by Dewan. Residents are planned to have access to the development’s beach club, crystal lagoon, swimming pools, spa, gym, padel and tennis facilities, gardens and business lounges. Price, payment plan and availability
The existing Oystra inventory indicates 5–6 bedroom villas from AED 45 million, with a recorded range up to AED 50 million. The villas are fully furnished.
