Finding Projects from the Homepage

Search by area, developer, or project

On the homepage search bar, simply enter the area, the developer name, or a specific project name to bring up matching results.

Narrow down with filters

To refine your results further, use the More Filters option to narrow in by Areas, Developers, Handover dates, and Furnishings. This helps you focus on exactly the kind of property that suits your needs.

Open the property page

For more details, open the individual property page to view floor plans, current sales offers, construction videos, interior and exterior images, including maps to see the positioning of the project. You can add projects to the comparison bar from the property page by pressing the + icon on top right of the page.

Generate your comparison report

Once you have selected your best 2 or 3 properties, your selection will appear in the banner at the bottom of the page. When ready, press GET REPORT to view a detailed side-by-side comparison.

For your selected number of bedrooms, you can choose which price to compare: Lowest, Avg, or Highest. If you want the best of the best, select the higher price to benchmark premium units against each other.

Adjust and refine anytime

You can always scroll back to the top to change the projects or adjust the number of bedrooms, whichever combination works better for your comparison.

Get actual sales offers

Once you are ready, request the actual sales offers. These are real, current figures that elaborate fully on the payment plans, so you are working with genuine numbers rather than estimates from a brochure.
