What is the process for purchasing a unit?

Please note that procedures may vary depending on the developer; however, in most cases, a payment of 10%–20% is required to secure a unit. Initially, you will be asked to sign a reservation form, and upon receipt of the required payment (typically 20%), the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be issued. In certain instances, developers may request a fixed reservation fee (for example, AED 50,000 or USD 10,000), following which the reservation form will be provided. Yes, we will be with you all the way to handover and offer assistance during that time. We can arrange the snagging, renting or selling the property or even the interior decorations. We are a one stop shop.
